Orbuff（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）および関連するウェブサイト（orbuff.com）におけるお客様の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリおよび関連するウェブサイト（orbuff.com）は、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
(a) 広告関連情報（本アプリ）
- 広告識別子（Google 広告 ID / Apple IDFA）
- 広告の表示・クリックに関するデータ
(b) コンタクトフォーム経由の情報（orbuff.com）
- お問い合わせ種別（バグ報告 / 機能要望 / お問い合わせ）
- 件名・本文
- お名前・メールアドレス（お問い合わせ種別が「お問い合わせ」の場合に任意でご入力いただいた場合のみ）
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所等の個人を直接特定する情報をアプリ内で収集することはありません。
2. 利用目的
- 広告配信の最適化（Google AdMob）
- コンタクトフォーム経由の情報は お問い合わせ対応 にのみ使用します（他用途には使用しません）
3. 第三者への提供
当方は、以下のサービスを通じて第三者に情報を提供する場合があります。
(a) Google AdMob
上記以外の第三者への個人情報の提供は行いません。
4. データの保存期間
当方が直接または間接的に保有・利用するデータの保存期間は以下の通りです。

5. お客様の権利
当方は個別のお客様を特定するデータベースを保有していません。当方が取り扱うデータの種類および保存期間は本ポリシー §1 (収集する情報) / §2 (利用目的) / §3 (第三者への提供) / §4 (データの保存期間) に記載のとおりです。
お客様自身による行使経路として、本アプリ内『プライバシー設定』から以下の操作を実施いただけます。
- すべてのデータを削除 (アプリ全体初期化): 端末側に保存された全データ (databases / SharedPreferences / Keychain / UserDefaults / 各種 cache 等) を削除します。実行後アプリは初回インストール同等状態になります。Android では削除完了時にアプリプロセスが自動終了します。iOS では削除完了後にアプリの手動再起動が必要です
- 広告 consent の再選択 (同意撤回): 個人化広告 / 非個人化広告の設定を再選択いただけます。データ削除を伴わずアプリ利用を継続したまま設定変更可能です
その他の権利行使経路:
- コンタクトフォーム経由の情報: 3 ヶ月で自動削除されるため、追加操作は不要です
- AdMob 広告識別子: お客様の Google アカウント側で広告 ID をリセットいただけます
- Android: 設定 > Google > 広告 > 広告 ID を削除
- iOS: 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング
6. Cookie およびトラッキング技術
本アプリは Web ブラウザベースの Cookie は使用しません。ただし、AdMob がデバイス上のデータ（広告識別子等）を使用する場合があります。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としたデータ収集を意図的に行いません。13 歳未満のお子様のデータが収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。
8. 欧州経済領域（EEA）のお客様へ
EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）に基づき、以下の追加情報を提供します。
(a) データ処理の法的根拠
- 同意: 広告のパーソナライズは、お客様の同意に基づきます
(b) お客様の追加的権利
- データの訂正を請求する権利 — アプリ内『プライバシー設定』の「すべてのデータを削除」によりデータを削除のうえ、必要に応じてアプリを再利用ください
- データ処理を制限する権利 — アプリ内『プライバシー設定』の「広告 consent の再選択」または「すべてのデータを削除」で対応いただけます
- データポータビリティの権利（機械可読形式でのデータ提供） — 当方は個別のお客様を特定するデータベースを保有していないため、ポータビリティの対象となる個人データは存在しません
- 同意を撤回する権利（撤回前の処理の適法性には影響しません） — アプリ内『プライバシー設定』の「広告 consent の再選択」で随時実施いただけます
- 監督機関への苦情申立ての権利 — お客様の居住国の所管監督機関（EEA 各国データ保護当局）へ直接申立いただけます
(c) データ保護に関する連絡先
データ保護に関するご連絡は お問い合わせフォーム よりお受けします。サポート対応モデル（§11 参照）に従い、お問い合わせ種別の内容次第で個別対応する場合があります（必ず対応するとは限りません）。
9. カリフォルニア州のお客様へ
カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（CCPA）に基づき、以下の追加情報を提供します。
- データの販売: 当方はお客様の個人情報を販売しません
- 知る権利: 当方が収集する個人情報のカテゴリおよび利用目的は本ポリシー §1 / §2 に記載のとおりです（本ポリシー本文が開示の役割を果たします）
- 削除する権利: アプリ内『プライバシー設定』の「すべてのデータを削除」によりお客様自身で削除いただけます（詳細は §5 参照）
- 差別禁止: 権利行使を理由にサービス条件を変更することはありません
- オプトアウト: 個人情報の販売は行っていないため、「販売停止」オプトアウトは適用されません
10. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当方は本ポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはウェブサイト上で通知します。変更後も継続して本アプリを利用する場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
11. お問い合わせ
お問い合わせは お問い合わせフォーム よりお受けします。サポート対応の方針は以下の通りです。
- 個別返信は原則行いません。受領した内容は定期的に集計し、当方のウェブサイト（https://orbuff.com/reports）で集計値とハイライトを公開発信して応答します
- 「バグ報告」「機能要望」は完全匿名で受け付け、個別返信はいたしません。機能要望については、いただいた内容を検討の対象としますが、対応を保証するものではありません
- 「お問い合わせ」種別についてのみ、内容次第で個別対応する場合があります（必ず対応するとは限りません）

Orbuff ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile applications ("Apps") and related website (orbuff.com).
1. Information We Collect
Our Apps and related website (orbuff.com) may collect the following types of information:
(a) Advertising Information (Apps)
- Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA)
- Ad display and interaction data
(b) Contact Form Information (orbuff.com)
- Inquiry category (Bug report / Feature request / Inquiry)
- Subject and message
- Name and email address (only when voluntarily provided for the "Inquiry" category)
Our Apps do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address through the Apps themselves.
2. Purpose of Collection
- Advertising delivery optimization (Google AdMob)
- Contact form information is used solely for responding to your inquiries (not used for any other purpose)
3. Third-Party Sharing
We may share information with the following third-party services:
(a) Google AdMob
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.
4. Data Retention
The retention periods for data we directly or indirectly hold are as follows:

5. Your Rights
We do not maintain any database that identifies individual users. The categories and retention periods of data we handle are as described in Sections 1 (Information We Collect), 2 (Purpose of Collection), 3 (Third-Party Sharing), and 4 (Data Retention) of this Policy.
You may exercise the following operations yourself through the "Privacy Settings" within our Apps:
- Delete All Data (full app reset): Deletes all on-device data (databases / SharedPreferences / Keychain / UserDefaults / various caches). After execution, the App returns to a state equivalent to the initial install. On Android, the app process is automatically terminated upon deletion completion. On iOS, a manual app restart is required after deletion completion
- Re-select Advertising Consent (withdrawal of consent): You may re-select between personalized / non-personalized advertising. The setting can be changed while continuing to use the App, without data deletion
Additional methods for exercising your rights:
- Contact form information: Automatically deleted within 3 months; no additional action required
- AdMob advertising identifiers: Reset via your Google account
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Apps do not use web browser-based cookies. However, AdMob may use on-device data (such as advertising identifiers) for its services.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
8. For Users in the European Economic Area (EEA)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide the following additional information:
(a) Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent: Personalized advertising is based on your consent
(b) Additional Rights
- Right to rectification of your data — Use the "Delete All Data" function in the in-app "Privacy Settings" to delete your data and, if needed, re-use the App
- Right to restriction of processing — Use the "Re-select Advertising Consent" or "Delete All Data" function in the in-app "Privacy Settings"
- Right to data portability (receiving your data in a machine-readable format) — As we do not maintain any database that identifies individual users, there is no personal data subject to portability
- Right to withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing) — Use the "Re-select Advertising Consent" function in the in-app "Privacy Settings" at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — File directly with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence (EEA national data protection authorities)
(c) Data Protection Contact
Data protection inquiries are accepted via our Contact Form. Per our support policy (see Section 11), we may provide individual responses depending on the inquiry category and content (individual responses are not guaranteed).
9. For California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we provide the following additional information:
- Sale of data: We do not sell your personal information
- Right to know: The categories of personal information we collect and the purposes of collection are as described in Sections 1 and 2 of this Policy (this Policy itself serves as the disclosure)
- Right to delete: You may delete your data yourself through the "Delete All Data" function in the in-app "Privacy Settings" (see Section 5 for details)
- Non-discrimination: We will not change service terms based on your exercise of rights
- Opt-out: Since we do not sell personal information, the "Do Not Sell" opt-out does not apply
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or on our website. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Contact Us
Inquiries are accepted via our Contact Form. Our support policy is as follows:
- We do not provide individual responses as a general rule. We will periodically aggregate received inquiries and publish responses on our website (https://orbuff.com/reports) with aggregated values and highlights
- "Bug report" and "Feature request" are accepted anonymously without individual responses. Feature requests will be considered, but we do not guarantee implementation
- For the "Inquiry" category only, we may provide individual responses depending on the content (we do not guarantee individual responses)
