Orbuff（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）におけるお客様の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

(a) 広告関連情報

• 広告識別子（Google 広告 ID / Apple IDFA）
• 広告の表示・クリックに関するデータ

(b) 分析情報

• アプリの利用状況（画面遷移、機能の使用頻度等）
• デバイス情報（OS バージョン、デバイスモデル、画面解像度）
• アプリのバージョン情報

(c) 障害情報

• クラッシュレポート、エラーログ
• 障害発生時のデバイス状態

当方は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所等の個人を直接特定する情報は収集しません。

2. 利用目的

• 広告配信の最適化（Google AdMob）
• アプリの利用状況分析・品質改善（Firebase Analytics）
• 障害の検出・修正（Firebase Crashlytics）

3. 第三者への提供

当方は、以下のサービスを通じて第三者に情報を提供する場合があります。

(a) Google AdMob

• 提供先: Google LLC
• 目的: 広告配信

(b) Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics

• 提供先: Google LLC
• 目的: 利用状況分析・障害対応

上記以外の第三者への個人情報の販売・提供は行いません。

4. データの保存期間

収集したデータは、利用目的の達成に必要な期間保存します。第三者サービス（AdMob / Firebase）が保存するデータの保存期間は、各サービスのポリシーに従います。

5. お客様の権利

• データへのアクセス: 当方が保有するお客様のデータについて開示を請求できます
• データの削除: お客様のデータの削除を請求できます
• 広告のオプトアウト: デバイスの設定から広告識別子をリセットまたは無効化できます
  • Android: 設定 > Google > 広告 > 広告 ID を削除
  • iOS: 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング
• 分析のオプトアウト: アプリ内設定（提供している場合）またはデバイス設定から分析データの収集を無効化できます

権利行使（GDPR / CCPA / 個情法 等のデータ権利行使リクエスト）は、お問い合わせフォームよりお願いします（種別: 法的義務リクエスト）。

6. Cookie およびトラッキング技術

本アプリは Web ブラウザベースの Cookie は使用しません。ただし、AdMob および Firebase がデバイス上のデータ（広告識別子等）を使用する場合があります。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としたデータ収集を意図的に行いません。13 歳未満のお子様のデータが収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。

8. 欧州経済領域（EEA）のお客様へ

EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）に基づき、以下の追加情報を提供します。

(a) データ処理の法的根拠

• 同意: 広告のパーソナライズおよび分析データの収集は、お客様の同意に基づきます
• 正当な利益: アプリの障害対応・品質改善のためのデータ処理は、当方の正当な利益に基づきます

(b) お客様の追加的権利

• データの訂正を請求する権利
• データ処理を制限する権利
• データポータビリティの権利（機械可読形式でのデータ提供）
• 同意を撤回する権利（撤回前の処理の適法性には影響しません）
• 監督機関への苦情申立ての権利

(c) データ保護に関する連絡先

データ保護に関するご連絡は、お問い合わせフォームよりお願いします（種別: 法的義務リクエスト）。

9. カリフォルニア州のお客様へ

カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（CCPA）に基づき、以下の追加情報を提供します。

• データの販売: 当方はお客様の個人情報を販売しません
• 知る権利: 過去 12 か月間に収集した個人情報のカテゴリおよび利用目的について開示を請求できます
• 削除する権利: 当方が保有するお客様の個人情報の削除を請求できます
• 差別禁止: 権利行使を理由にサービス条件を変更することはありません
• オプトアウト: 個人情報の販売は行っていないため、「販売停止」オプトアウトは適用されません

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は本ポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはウェブサイト上で通知します。変更後も継続して本アプリを利用する場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

11. お問い合わせ

お問い合わせは お問い合わせフォーム よりお受けします。サポート対応の方針は以下の通りです。

(a) 一般的なお問い合わせ・バグ報告・機能要望

• 当方は個別の返信を行いません
• 受領した内容は定期的に集計し、当方のウェブサイト等で公開発信して応答します
• 機能要望については、いただいた内容を検討の対象としますが、対応を保証するものではありません

(b) 法的義務に基づくデータ権利行使リクエスト

• GDPR / CCPA / 個人情報保護法 に基づくアクセス・削除・訂正・オプトアウト等のリクエストは個別に対応します
• 法定の応答期限を遵守します（GDPR: 1 ヶ月以内 / CCPA: 45 日以内 / 個人情報保護法: 遅滞なく）

Orbuff ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile applications ("Apps").

• Advertising opt-out: Reset or disable your advertising identifier through your device settings
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID
  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
• Analytics opt-out: Disable analytics data collection through in-app settings (if available) or device settings

Requests to exercise data rights (GDPR / CCPA / Japan APPI) should be submitted via our Contact Form (select "Legal Data Rights Request" as the category).

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Apps do not use web browser-based cookies. However, AdMob and Firebase may use on-device data (such as advertising identifiers) for their services.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it.

8. For Users in the European Economic Area (EEA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide the following additional information:

(a) Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent: Personalized advertising and analytics data collection are based on your consent
• Legitimate interests: Data processing for crash resolution and quality improvement is based on our legitimate interests

9. For California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we provide the following additional information:

• Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal information held by us
• Non-discrimination: We will not change service terms based on your exercise of rights

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or on our website. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

(a) General Inquiries, Bug Reports, and Feature Requests

• We do not provide individual responses
• We will periodically aggregate received inquiries and publish responses on our website
• Feature requests will be considered, but we do not guarantee implementation

• Requests under GDPR / CCPA / Japan APPI (access, deletion, correction, opt-out, etc.) are handled individually
• We will comply with statutory response deadlines (GDPR: within 1 month / CCPA: within 45 days / Japan APPI: without delay)
